2. Passing through the schools that are on your right, you will see a small rise where, from there, begins to Ecovia, signaled where you can get up at Pedras del Rei, village belonging to Santa Luzia.
Either way reach Santa Luzia, and acual old fishing village. By entering this village, you will see on your right old wooden houses, where the fishermen store their fishing materials. On the main avenue enjoy the landscape of Ria Formosa, protected area with Nature Reserve status since 1978.
Enjoy to enjoy the gastronomy in this octopus capital where, any place where you will stop, you will be well attended by local people and eat where the best octopus of your life.
Barril Beach: If you are already in the village of Santa Luzia and feel like you take a leap Beach, follow the signs to Pedras del Rei to your left you will see a small train that delights the little ones. Strolled to the Ria Formosa, background, fantastic to get to Barril Beach.
