Training plans consist of targeted, individualized and periodized planning aimed at one or more objectives, whether personal achievements or competitive performances.

PACK BASIC
1. Training Plans via Training Peaks;
2. Weekly Contact;
3. Training Plans every 2 weeks
Price: 60€/month

PACK ATHLETE
1. Weekly training prescription via Training Peaks;
2. Training analysis via WKO5 (program used by the best cycling teams for data analysis);
3. 1 Bike Fit and 1 Lactate Test offer;
4. Contact 2-3x / week;
5. Strength Training Planning;
Price: 80€/month

PACK HIGH PERFORMANCE
1. Pack Athlete Advantages plus the following;
2. 2-3 lactate tests according to the schedule (approx. 1/semester);
3. Body assessment (kinanthropometry) every 3/4 months (depending on the competitive cycle);
4. Possible accompaniment in race or altitude stages (value to be added to the base price);
5. Strength Tests;
6. Daily contact;
7. Planning of Altitude Concentracion and Supplementation.
Price: 130€/month
